What we send, and what we never send

This policy covers the AIERC website and the AIERC-XT browser extension.

Last updated 19 August 2026.

Who we are

AIERC and AIERC-XT are products of Eternal Digital Assets Corp. If you want anything in this policy explained, or you want data removed, write to us at the address in Contact and a person will answer.

The website

This site is a set of static documents. We do not ask you to sign in, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell anything on it.

It is served through Cloudflare, which records standard request logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — for security and to keep the site available. We use those logs only to keep the site running. We do not build a profile from them and we do not combine them with anything else.

The AIERC-XT browser extension

AIERC-XT looks at the site you are on and at the wallet request a site is making, and tells you when what it sees matches a wallet drainer. To do that it has to send us a small amount of information. This section says exactly what, exactly when, and exactly where it goes.

What is sent, and when

WhatWhenWhere it goes
The domain name of the site you are on (for example example.com) — the domain only, never the full address of the page When a page finishes loading, and when a site asks your wallet to connect Our threat-database service, to check that domain against the list of known drainer sites
The transaction you are being asked to approve — the destination address, the sending address, the amount, the call data, and the address of the site asking Only at the moment a site asks your wallet to sign or send something Our evaluation service, which decides whether to warn you about it
The address of the page and of the script that triggered a warning, the score, and the matching signals Only when a page scores at warning level or above — never for a site that comes back clean Our threat-reporting service, so a newly discovered drainer protects the next person who lands on it
Nothing at all When you are browsing a site that is on our known-safe list The check stops on your own machine and no request leaves your browser

What stays on your machine

The verdict for each tab is kept in your browser's own session storage and is deleted when you close the browser. Scanned script contents are held in memory only, for a few minutes, so the same script is not fetched twice. None of that is uploaded.

What AIERC-XT never does

  • It never reads, stores, or transmits your private keys, your seed phrase, or your recovery phrase. It has no way to reach them.
  • It never signs a transaction, moves funds, or approves anything on your behalf.
  • It never records your browsing history. The only page addresses that ever leave your browser are ones attached to a page that scored at warning level or above.
  • It never asks you to create an account, and it has no login.
  • It never sells, rents, or shares your information with data brokers, advertisers, or any third party for marketing.
  • It carries no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Why the extension asks for the permissions it does

How long we keep things

Domain checks and transaction evaluations are answered and not retained as a record against you. Threat reports — the page and script addresses behind a warning — are kept as part of the drainer database for as long as that entry is useful, because that is what the database is for. Cloudflare's request logs follow Cloudflare's own retention.

We do not hold accounts, so there is no profile to delete. If you believe a specific report should be removed, write to us and we will remove it.

Children

These products are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is sent, we will change the date at the top and describe the change here rather than quietly editing it.
